Water levels can be expected to remain near or above action stage on
the North Fork of the Forked Deer River and the Obion River.

At 9 AM Tuesday, the stage on the Obion River near Obion was 30.5 feet
and rising. The river is forecast to crest near 32 feet this evening.
Flood stage is 34 feet. At 33 feet, agriculture land near the Obion
River begins to flood.

At 9 AM Tuesday, the stage on the Obion River near Bogota was 10.2 feet
and rising. The river is forecast to crest near 16 feet Tuesday night
into Wednesday. Flood stage is 22 feet.

At 9 AM Tuesday, the stage on the North Fork of the Forked Deer River
at Dyersburg was 13.7 feet and falling. The river is near action stage
but will continue to fall. Flood stage is 22 feet.

The next River Statement will be issued this evening, or sooner if
conditions warrant.
