An upper level low pressure system located over the Ohio Valley will begin to move northeastward today. Small chances for a few showers will continue near the Tennessee River. Meanwhile, surface high pressure will begin to build into the region providing pleasant autumn conditions. Highs over the weekend will range from the lower 70s to the lower 80s with no precipitation expected on Sunday. An upper ridge of high pressure will begin to build over the area during the beginning to middle part of next week continuing the rain free conditions. However, highs will begin to creep back into the mid to upper 80s. The next chance for rain will come on Thursday as a cold front approaches the Mid-South.
